Mental Health Awareness Week

Surviving Or Thriving?

That is the theme of this years Mental Health Awareness Week which takes place on the 8th – 14th of May 2017. It’s aim is to raise awareness of Mental Health and let people know they are not alone. To read more about the campaign please Click Here. 

There are many ways you can help;

  • You can spread the word on Social Media using the Hashtag #MHAW17
  • Join the ThunderClap to help spread the word. Information on how to Here.
  • Hold an event to bring people together and start talking about mental health. This could be anything from a Hosting a walk with people from your community to Setting up a stand somewhere (Library, Hospital etc).
