Just Talk Campaign attended the Sudbury Carnival on the 20th August and had great success. We had a stall to help raise awareness of Just Talk Campaign and we gave out hundred’s of leaflets and stickers (The stickers were kindly made and donated by The Sticker Factory). Alysan Pilgrim from AAA cabs very bravely volunteered to have her head shaved to help raise money for Just Talk Campaign. We collected donations and raised £170 on the day, which will all go towards helping to run Just Talk Campaign. Glenda Roberts who founded the Just Talk Campaign said that such events take time, organisation skills and a lot of hard work! The volunteers worked very hard raising awareness about how people can seek immediate support and counselling. The stall enabled us to meet lots of children and adults who now know there is immediate support by way of counselling and that clients can usually see a trainee counsellor within 24-48 hours.

Thank you to everyone for all of their support!
