Just Talk Campaign offers free drop in sessions where you can come and talk about anything that is concerning you in a safe and confidential environment.
There are many people within the community who are feeling alone and unheard and desperately need someone to talk to. We believe everyone has the right to be heard and to have someone they can trust. We want those people to know we are here for them, we are offering a safe and friendly environment where people of any age or background can just come and talk freely about any issue they may have.
We have developed a new concept to counselling, the very first confidential service shop and counselling café, what is our service shop? our service shop is a place to visit and discuss your reason to have counselling, if you aged 18 plus, please pop into our service shop to make an appointment to have an assessment with a qualified counsellor, clients have the choice to have their therapy in our counselling café or in a confidential space at our headquarters in Sudbury, Suffolk. The Just Talk Campaign drop in session location has changed
Just Talk Campaign’s monthly drop in sessions are now held at the location below. This new location offers better accessibility, with a disabled toilet.
You don't need to attend the drop in sessions to receive counselling. You may turn up at the drop in session day and have an assessment with a therapist confidentially so as to arrange to start having individual counselling with a Student Counsellor. Individual Counselling will take place at the Just Talk Headquarters Unit 8, Borehamgate Shopping Centre King Street, Sudbury, Suffolk CO10 2EG. Please note: This will be by appointment only.
If you don’t feel able to attend the Just Talk Campaign drop in sessions but still would like support, please contact us and we will set you up with a trainee counsellor for therapy.
