Just Talk Campaign also offers individual counselling sessions with a student counsellor, as well as the free monthly drop in sessions.

Counselling can help and support you with a wide range of issues like depression, anxiety, eating disorders, low self-esteem, addiction, work related issues, stress management and more. Just remember that you are not alone, we can help you.

The counselling is being offered at a reduced rate of £5 a session. Half of the £5 paid will go directly to the Just Talk Campaign, with the other half put towards room hire.

All Students on placement are in their second year of their diploma or degree. All the students are supported with monthly supervision provided by an  experienced supervisor and are supported by the team at ExploringU Counselling. A Qualified Counsellor will carry out  an initial session with you to match you with a Student Counsellor best suited to your needs.

Please bear with us if you have enquired to see a student counsellor, we are currently inducting a new intake of student counsellors, we will be In touch as soon as possible.
